Internal Pageant Preparation is the Key to Winning

I want to help pageant contestants understand the true keys to winning by coaching them to be strong -mentally, emotionally and spiritually - by mastering my 5 components to internal pageant training. I hope I can provide you something that will help you not only with your next pageant, but in your life as well.

In order for you to go into a pageant with peace of mind, confidence, clarity and feeling you are stepping into competition as the best version of yourself, you must prepare and have a solid foundation in the 5 following areas:

• Self-Acceptance and Love
• Mental Conditioning
• Emotional Strength & Intelligence
• Clearly Defined Set of Goals for the Pageant and Title
• Spiritual Growth and Guidance

Although traditional pageant coaching may touch on these areas, the reality is most coaches simply do not have the time to dedicate the energy and effort needed to make sure each other their contestants are strong and ready mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

That’s where I come in!

Your coach and personal trainer can help you achieve everything you need to put your best foot forward, but if you do not believe you are the total package that you have prepared for the judges, how are they to believe you are the best choice? The answer is, they won’t. If you allow the pressure of the pageant to overwhelm you mentally and emotionally, it will be tough to gain the focus and strength you need to push through and to not allow yourself to self-criticize or get caught up in the comparison trap.

I will close the gap on the last crucial piece of preparation you need to capture the crown.

In this seminar and one-on-one coaching, I will guide you on how to use the following tools & techniques I have to help you become the best version of yourself for the pageant and long afterwards. I want you to enter the pageant with the ability to:

• Have peace, be relaxed and have fun during the pageant
• Fully confident in yourself, your talents and abilities
• Focus on the moment, not the outcome
• Handle and perform under pressure
• Overcome adversity
• Swap negative self-talk & criticism w/empowering words
• Not falling into the comparison trap
• Think and act like a winner
• Know you have faith and peace in whatever the outcome
• Have no doubt in your mind you are competing as the best version of yourself

A pageant coach and dear friend told me 80% of girls lose the pageant before they even walk on the stage and she’s right! The reason is due to their lack of a solid sense of self-worth and confidence in their talents and abilities to actually win the title. Don’t let yourself be one of them.

I will make sure you are ready to take on not only your upcoming pageant, but will show you how the tools, skill and resources I teach you will enable you to become successful in every other aspect of your life.
I will also briefly cover examples of what your bio application, platform page, and personal website should look like to help you make sure you’re on the right track!
Additional Pageant Training
I recommend starting your internal pageant training at least 8 weeks in advance to pageant so you can carry out the things learned and master them before competition. It take 40 days to create or make a habit, so giving yourself more than enough time will help assure your personal success.

One-on-One Training Sessions
I will have : 30 min ($25) and 1 hr ($45) coaching slots open after the seminar
My assessment, along with your own, will determine the amount of time needed to cover each category in order for you to feel you have the tools and guidance needed to master. I will provide services in the following categories:
• Development and growth in the 5 major internal preparation areas
• Personal interview
• Bio application review
• Platform page
• Personal website

About Carolina
I am a social media strategist with Target Corporation, speaker, and vloger/blogger within the personal and spiritual growth space. I am a former Miss Minnesota International, with success (and failures!) competing in the Miss Minnesota USA system, judging local and state pageants, coaching, emceeing and becoming Director of the Miss & Teen Minnesota Latina pageants. I have found there are 3 major categories every pageant contestant must train in to attain the right knowledge, tools and skills to be fully prepared to compete and win a pageant: Image/Branding, Physical & Internal.

I want to help pageant contestants understand the true keys to winning by coaching them to be strong mentally, emotionally and spiritually by mastering my 5 components to internal pageant training. I hope I can provide you something that will help you not only with your next pageant, but in your life as well. I look forward to working with you!
